3. Products​

• Product descriptions, sizes, and colours are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to check suitability and measurements before purchase.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed directly through our website.

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.

• Delivery times provided are estimates only; we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.

6. Returns & Refunds

• As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

• Custom or made-to-measure blinds cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Liability

• Our blinds are intended for temporary use only and are not a substitute for permanent window coverings.

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

• We respect your privacy and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

• By using this site, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
